As we approach our 15th year of trading and with 2018 being a year of both growth and expansion we thought it was time for a brand refresh so enlisted the help of digital experts Nerve to streamline our brand delivery and enhance our online presence .
Since our inception in 2003 we have seen the business grow steadily with great client retention rates including Jet2.com who we have worked with for nearly 10 years. As the business has grown we have invested in people & technology so we are now offering solutions to project partners & clients such a Google, You Tube & Adidas. Due to this continued growth & with extended & fully refurbed premises it made sense for our brand experience to fully reflect where we are now and indeed where we are going as a business.
Working with Nerve on not only on our digital assets but also on further investigating our client relationships & industry reputation was really enlightening and also help pinpoint how important our relationships are to the ongoing client retention rate we are really proud of. With clients using words such as ‘ fearless, family, trusted, accepting, determination, reliability, personality, experts & honest ’ to describe our team and service it’s safe to say we were pretty happy with results.
In the case of our re-worked logo with it’s mixed weight typography & featuring an open door icon – we really felt this summed up our bespoke approach to each project we work on both big & small & the fact that are door is always open.
